Overview

The Risk Management Solutions rates desk is responsible for structuring and marketing interest rate, cross-currency, and credit derivative hedges to North American corporate clients, focusing on risk management associated with debt financing, asset/liability mix, and mergers & acquisitions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in debt sales coverage focused on rates.
• Possession of Series 3, 7, 24, 63 or 9, 10 licenses.
• CFA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and driven to succeed.
• Able to work in a complex, fast-moving environment.
