Overview

The Operations Expert will support Lending Operations by managing day-to-day activities, ensuring accuracy in loan processing, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of loans.
• Hands-on experience with loan reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong risk and control mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and open mindset to learning.
• Experience with Loan IQ is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
