• Role: Sales Development Representative (Home Energy Rep)
• Focus on outbound lead generation for battery backup + solar offering
• Make 150–200 outbound dials per day
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations

• High-volume direct-to-consumer experience preferred

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer role or motivated to thrive in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Highly resourceful and self-directed
• Excellent attention to detail and CRM hygiene
