Outstanding Claim Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce aging claims.
• Resubmit claims accurately and completely with required documentation.
• Post payments with speed and accuracy according to received EOB.
• Handle denials and appeals, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team to improve internal tools.
• Work cross-functionally with billing, operations, and client success teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Deep familiarity with dental billing software and remote tools.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in improving systems and workflows.
• A bachelor's degree is nice to have, but not required.
