DayDream Enrollment Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with Launch Coordinator to gather client information
• Track and monitor submitted enrollments for timely processing
• Update clients and team on enrollment progress
• Work independently to resolve enrollment blockers
• Provide feedback to software engineering team for tool improvements
• Collaborate with billing, operations, and client success teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in dental revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Familiarity with dental billing processes
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and remote tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with interest in improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
