Overview

The Specimen Management Integrated Business Planning Process Leader will oversee the implementation of the IBP process for the Specimen Management Business Unit, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement within the business value chain.

• Lead the IBP process for the Specimen Management BU.
• Partner with Executive Process Champions for effective reviews.
• Monitor output quality of IBP meetings.
• Drive inventory optimization processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance for financial clarity.
• Manage the inventory projection and budget processes.
• Support ongoing IBP process improvements.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
• 30% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 7+ years of Supply Chain and/or Operations experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with IBP and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP/APS systems.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
