In Short

• Drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of integrated planning processes.
• Shape the company’s planning strategies, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Establish and own the end-to-end S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning and financial modeling.
• Develop scenario planning models for strategic customers.
• Provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses for decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and engineering teams.
• Establish and refine KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with data teams to enhance planning processes.
• Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in integrated business planning or operations analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel and SQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable planning processes.
• Ability to simplify complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
