As a Bodily Injury Adjuster at Davies North America, you will play a crucial role in adjusting third-party claims related to bodily injury, ensuring a professional and timely handling of claims.

In Short

• Adjust third-party General Liability and Auto Liability claims.
• Contact insured/claimant within 24 hours of assignment.
• Gather evidence and interview involved parties.
• Maintain a 95% claim closure ratio.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and policies.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
• Proactively manage workflow and follow-up tasks.
• Travel to claims meetings and inspections as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain CEU credits for Adjuster license.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Possession of Adjuster license.
• Excellent knowledge of Tort Law and medical terminology.
• Previous experience with bodily injury claims.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain discretion with sensitive information.
