As a Represented Moderate Adjuster at Allstate, you will focus on investigating automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, while providing exceptional customer service and working remotely from your home.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling experience.
  • 2-5 years of GA claims experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and liability determination.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Knowledge of innovative tools for effective claims evaluation.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace at home.
  • Licensing requirements may apply.
