In Short

• Remote role with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with medical records is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with computers and software.
