Technical Curriculum Developer - Software Delivery - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Curriculum Developer, you will join our Customer Education & Training team to deliver exceptional cloud engineering learning content to our customers, including the Datadog Learning Center, workshops, and certifications. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams. You will be hands-on with the cloud technologies Datadog monitors.

In Short

• Produce engaging high quality self-paced training courses and content for Datadog’s customer and partner curriculums.
• Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate customer training requirements.
• Build and maintain the software delivery curriculum roadmap.
• Create high quality courses and hands-on labs for online courses or workshops.
• Improve CI/CD systems and environments used in hands-on labs.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in curriculum development, software development, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience in building learning content for cloud automation and software development.
• Comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Ability to transform technical topics into engaging educational materials.
• Experience in improving training operations.
