The Technical Support Software Developer is a key role within the Technical Support organization, responsible for developing software programs and modules used for education, training, and enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and object-oriented design.
• Basic knowledge of API and other programming languages.
• Experience in internal documentation writing.
• Proficiency in using VS Code as an IDE.
• Basic understanding of networking, Windows, and Linux CLI.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
