• Design and develop engaging technical learning materials and compelling course content that can be tailored to serve multiple needs.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into clear and concise learning experiences.
• Leverage your Cribl product expertise to create impactful training that addresses real-world user needs.
• Utilize instructional design principles and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
• Develop hands-on exercises, interactive activities, and engaging assessments to enhance the learning process.
• Create supporting materials such as videos, demos, and interactive simulations.
• Help to maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Contribute to the development and execution of our education roadmap.
• Drive key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of Cribl products and their applications in the data management landscape.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training content.
• Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Experience in instructional design and producing high-quality training materials.
• Proficiency in authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A passion for technology and sharing knowledge.
