Overview

The General Manager – Commercial Performance is responsible for protecting the company commercially by ensuring acceptable contractual posture and adherence to company policy, managing and leading negotiations, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners.

In Short

  • Lead negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Review and approve documents for contractual protection.
  • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Participate in sales cycles with commercial and contractual support.
  • Provide guidance to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve problems.
  • Establish systems for operational management across the Customer division.
  • Adapt to changing customer and internal needs.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Managed Services Contract Management.
  • Deep understanding of business and technology strategies.
  • Strong strategic background to grasp the big picture.
  • Understanding of technical infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management.
  • Strong financial acumen and management practices.
  • 10+ years in commercial and contract management in managed services.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Effective presentation skills across various levels.
  • Proven negotiating skills for win/win situations.
