Overview

The Customer Support Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting the Customer Support team, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Confidence managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with case tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with third-party authentication tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude.
