Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of online transactions and ATM operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for project support.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed.
