As a Customer Support Specialist for the GoBanking application, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them manage their banking applications effectively.

In Short

• Full-time position with a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to DCI lending products.
• Educate clients on DCI applications and services.
• Resolve customer questions and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Support implementation teams and contribute to user documentation.
• Participate in the customer support call center as needed.
• Work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM CST with some on-call flexibility.
• 95% of tasks focus on GoBanking and online banking services.

Requirements

• Experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Direct experience with GoBanking accounts and online banking products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
