Overview

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of a fully remote team in LATAM, working on FHIR integrations for a leading US-based healthtech company, helping to transform healthcare data access and usability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare data integrations, particularly FHIR.
• Expertise in Java and distributed frameworks like Spark.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR resources and APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Experience debugging distributed systems.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Python or Go.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Helm.
• Background in healthcare platforms or EHR integrations.
