Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven track record of recruiting engineers and office support positions.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace technologies.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and government contractor regulations.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
