Bilingual Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (Fluent in French and English) to join our growing team based in Brampton. This role will support on corporate and operations positions in the business by developing sourcing strategies, maximizing recruitment tools and managing the ATS.

In Short

• Manage the recruitment process ‘end-to-end’.
• Support onboarding of new recruits.
• Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs.
• Provide best practice advice on recruitment matters.
• Build talent pipelines for key positions.
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment practices.
• Conduct research on HR topics as required.
• Utilize sourcing techniques for operations-based positions.
• Support overall effectiveness of the business.
• Adhoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (advantageous not required).
• Fluent in French and English - spoken and written.
• 3 + years of recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in building sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of recruiting technology.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.
• Independent and resourceful nature.
