Bilingual Senior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Senior Recruiter will work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions. They identify as a “go-getter” who can build and maintain professional networks and is not afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. This is someone who enjoys the hunt and being able to find top talent for our client’s hard-to-fill positions.

In Short

• Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) LATAM market.
• Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates.
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
• Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
• Identify flaws or inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent high volume / full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding recruitment metrics.
• Excellent judgment to prioritize work and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent consultative skills and experience in recruiting methods.
• Passionate about collaborating with a driven team.
• Ability to work from home during standard business hours.
