In Short

  • You will lead various manufacturing automation initiatives within the organization.
  • Innovate factory processes to enable ideal automated manufacturing.
  • Work closely with factory teams to create and achieve OKRs for automation.
  • Draft requirements documents and develop concepts for automated manufacturing.
  • Create RFQ/RFPs for automated equipment design and delivery.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure alignment with Dandy's specifications.
  • Design and execute FAT, SAT, and commissioning of automation equipment.
  • Supervise and report on manufacturing metrics from automated systems.
  • Routine status reporting to executives and escalation of issues.
  • Set bold targets and drive plans to achieve them.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Advanced Manufacturing and automation.
  • Strong background in prioritizing tasks for AME’s and Suppliers.
  • Experience in managing high budget projects and vendor tracking.
  • Strong technical skills in problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to run automation programs with minimum supervision.
  • Interpersonal skills in leadership, project management, and negotiation.
  • Understanding of Process and assembly automation equipment validation.
  • Capability to summarize technical updates for executive-level presentations.
  • Partnership with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or allied technical subject.
