Technical Program Manager for Onboarding Operations - Remote

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the team that runs Twilio’s Onboarding and Compliance team globally. This role will work directly with the Onboarding teams to create efficiencies and help them ensure processes run smoothly for customer onboardings for SMS and Channels products that adhere to our Messaging Policies as well as Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing technical projects.
• Experience with provisioning numbers and A2P messaging.
• Exceptional project management skills and organizational ability.
• Technical aptitude for creating actionable reports.
• Ability to dive deep into complicated processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs is desired.
