• Evolve CI/CD platforms for faster, more reliable feedback loops.
• Build and own internal tooling and development environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience focused on developer experience or CI/CD.
• Proficiency with CI/CD systems (e.g., BuildKite, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, Go).
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping other engineers succeed.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
