Overview

As a Software Engineer II on the DevEx team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our customer-facing web application and sophisticated billing systems.

In Short

• Capture and process data from billions of customer API requests to power our billing system.
• Design, build, and maintain the web application for customer subscriptions and blockchain management.
• Develop efficient, scalable back-end and front-end code using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
• Assess the impact of new features and identify potential risks.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for system incidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Ruby and Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Experience managing large data pipelines with ETL tools like Dagster.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Practical experience with Rust and Python.
• Ability to integrate with diverse systems and strong debugging skills.
