In Short

• Collaborate on development of manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Build empathy for operational users by understanding their workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with production systems and supply chain technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments defining solutions.
• High bias for action, proactive and resourceful.
• Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy for operational users.
• Technical fluency with understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Strong project management skills in product development.
