In Short

• Lead Implant Restorations at Dandy, including the launch of our first-ever All-on-X solution.
• Own the narrative and build positioning that makes Dandy’s implant offerings the obvious choice for practices.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new implant products.
• Partner with enablement to build high-impact training for sales and account management teams.
• Track adoption and feedback, and experiment with new approaches.
• Make strategic decisions and push projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
• 6+ years in product marketing, implants, dental devices, or healthcare required.
• Strong storyteller and communicator.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Comfortable influencing and collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product marketing, implants, dental devices, or healthcare.
• Understanding of implant restorative workflows.
• Experience launching and scaling products in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward action.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across product, ops, sales, and marketing.
