• We’re hiring a contract Sourcer to support our growing GTM talent function.
• This role is for a 6 month contract.
• Partner with GTM Recruiters and hiring teams to source candidates.
• Take responsibility for the top-of-funnel candidate volume.
• Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand team needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for diverse talent.
• Support the Marketing and Post-Sales functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant sourcing experience in a technology company.
• Proven record of sourcing top talent for GTM.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making.
