• Provide excellent candidate experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean, specifically targeting Central and Eastern European countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
