• Work with the coordination team for interview processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a sourcer in a technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting for Operations positions.
• Able to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to learn and apply talent standards.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative sourcing techniques and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
