Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in marketing agencies.
• Experience at rapidly growing agencies.
• Expert in project management and resource management.
• Skilled in financial planning & analysis.
• Experienced in legal issues for a creative agency.
• Optimistic, nurturing, collaborative and decisive leader.
• Experience partnering with founders.
