Product Designer, Chairside and Product Lines Team - Remote

In Short

• Design end-to-end experiences for core Chairside and Product Line workflows.
• Take ownership of scoped problem areas or features, executing designs from early exploration through final UI and handoff.
• Create thoughtful interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work day-to-day with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements and iterate toward strong solutions.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
• Gradually take on more ownership over problem framing and solution direction.
• 3–5 years of product design experience required.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong execution and problem framing.
• Strong fundamentals in interaction design and usability.
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex workflows or systems, preferably in B2B or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills.
• A growth mindset and motivation to improve craft.
