In Short

• Join the Growth team to shape the UX for new users in VRChat.
• Collaborate with design leads, PMs, and engineers.
• Design high-impact features across the user lifecycle.
• Create intuitive experiences for onboarding and retention.
• Validate designs through wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Explore Figma plugins and improve design workflows.
• Contribute to a culture of human-centered design.
• 4+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of design tradeoffs.
• Motivated by impact and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital product design.
• Experience with design systems and Figma component libraries.
• Strong communicator who can explain design decisions.
• Ability to prioritize momentum over polish.
• Autonomous worker who takes ownership of their work.
