Program Manager / Senior Program Manager, Trust and Safety - Remote

Overview

VRChat is seeking a senior program manager who will be researching industry trends, designing, and coming up with data and metric-driven solutions to keep our users safe from online abuses.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of VRChat’s community support architecture and policy framework.
• Inform and implement strategies for managing trust and safety risks.
• Align Trust and Safety initiatives with company goals and product roadmaps.
• Analyze user behavior and incident trends to surface issues.
• Work with cross-functional partners for new product launches.
• Provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements.
• Lead global programs that enhance user safety and experience.
• Identify actionable insights and influence team strategy.
• Evaluate technical solutions to improve platform integrity.
• Continuously improve the Trust and Safety program vision.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2+ years of experience driving projects to completion.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.
