• Lead impactful, in-person training for dental practices.
• Help teams adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians and practice leaders.
• Monitor outcomes and provide coaching opportunities post-training.
• Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows and team structure.
• Coordinate internal resources for training day success.
• Customize training strategies based on practice size and goals.

• Travel up to 85% to deliver training and support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Located near a major airport (LAX).
• Leadership presence to influence behavior and drive adoption.
• Operational expertise in training logistics and coordination.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Solutions-oriented approach to onboarding and training.
