• Dandy is hiring a Dental Support Specialist with experience in the dental field.
• Handle complex dental questions and be the first line of defense for doctors.
• Provide support to doctors and customer experience agents.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the lab.
• Assist in refabrication processes and provide live support.
• Communicate closely with product line support experts.
• Strong communication skills and deep dental knowledge required.
• 5+ years of professional lab experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience with CAD/CAM design.
• Desire to work in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional lab experience, preferably with expertise in specific skus.
• Minimum 2 years experience with CAD/CAM design & 3Shape Design.
• Ability to resolve doctor client issues through various communication methods.
• Willingness to work hands-on and fix problems.
• Intellectual curiosity and research abilities.
