• Dandy is hiring a Dental Support Specialist with experience in the dental field.
• Handle complex dental questions and be the first line of defense for doctors.
• Provide support to dental practices and agents.
• Work on the front line answering dental and lab questions.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the lab.
• Assist in refabrication processes with doctors.
• Provide live support for intraoral scanner usage.
• Communicate with product line support experts on difficult cases.
• Build relationships with doctors through strong dental knowledge.
• Work cross-functionally with order and lab operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional lab experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with CAD/CAM design & 3Shape Design.
• Ability to resolve client issues through various communication methods.
• Desire to work in a high-velocity environment.
• Willingness to fix problems in a hands-on manner.
• Intellectual curiosity and research abilities.
