In Short

• Collaborate on Treatment Plans with doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide Live Clinical Support via phone, chat, and video.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication between doctors and lab teams.
• 5+ Years in a Dental Technician Role required.
• 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-growing digital lab environment.

• 5+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
• 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows
• Technologically adept
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable chatting live with doctors
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Desire to work in a fast-growing digital lab environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
