We are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator for our office in Ghent, Belgium to support our growing operations.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for Polish- and Czech-speaking customers.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules with dealerships and service providers.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers, service teams, and other departments.
  • Monitor and track the progress of service requests.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction after services are completed.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex service issues.
  • Regularly update customers on the status of their service requests.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to suggest improvements.
  • Fluency in Polish and Czech is required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in or passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
