Program Manager (External) - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager at DailyPay, you will play a critical role in executing the strategy for Earned Wage Access products, managing the delivery of programs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of business unit-specific programs.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless program execution.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
• Utilize data & reporting to monitor program performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience, ideally in fintech.
• Experience in driving strategic projects is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) and JIRA.
