The Dental Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting extraordinary talent, including creating a best-in-class candidate experience in the dental industry.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Expertise in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Recruiting/Sourcing certifications are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 30%+ travel required to support University Relations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive requisition completion from intake to contract execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
  • At least 3 years of dental industry recruiting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-guided with decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in driving relationships with educational institutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a human resources environment.
