In Short

  • Partner with Solutions Engineers as a technical expert for sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and business goals.
  • Design and present technical solutions for sales opportunities.
  • Build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in technical sales opportunities.
  • Ensure successful implementation by liaising with implementation teams.
  • Contribute to technical enablement materials for internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with a distributed team.
  • Travel occasionally as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in education technology, particularly with LMS administration/integration.
  • Experience in a technical sales or consulting role.
  • Ability to interpret and respond to technical requirements.
  • Background in teaching and learning industry is an asset.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software sales process.
  • Strong problem-solving and creativity skills.
  • Understanding of technology ecosystem surrounding an LMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
