In Short

  • Join the People and Culture team as an HRIS Administrator.
  • Focus on Dayforce system administration and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system rollouts.
  • Provide ongoing support and monitor system functionality.
  • Assist with module oversight and issue resolution.
  • Document release notes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Track and resolve module bugs and technical issues.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven experience with Dayforce HRIS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint, SQL, and XML preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to identify process efficiencies.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
