Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, your responsibility is to ensure the quality of the implementation of our Promob products, as well as to support the initial steps for customer success in using the software. A good knowledge of furniture production is essential to meet our clients' needs.

In Short

• Gather requirements and map client processes.
• Implement the product according to the business model and client needs.
• Train clients on the product either in-person or remotely, ensuring quality implementation.
• Provide post-implementation support to clients.
• Customize the client's product to meet technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Production Engineering, Administration, Design, or related fields.
• Experience in the furniture industry or carpentry (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel.
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH B).
• Solid experience with constructive engineering or machinery is a plus.
