Overview

The Senior IAM Consultant, SailPoint ISC is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes, focusing on delivering SailPoint and ensuring high-quality work that delights clients.

In Short

• Work as part of a high-end consulting team.
• Deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management.
• Work on technical delivery of IAM implementation projects.
• Gather business and technical requirements from customers.
• Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents.
• Assist in pre-sales activities including developing client-focused proposals.
• Deliver tasks on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Identify new and existing customer opportunities.
• Create strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Share best practices to enhance the IAM center of excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint.
• Experience in installation and configuration.
• Developing lifecycle workflows.
• Onboarding applications with automated provisioning.
• Configuring reports and dashboards.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with Java or BeanShell and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as XML, SPML, SOAP/REST.
• Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
