Project Administrator - CyberSecurity - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Administrator to support with the delivery of cybersecurity projects for our clients in a managed services environment.

In Short

• Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, risk logs etc.)
• Organise and schedule project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Track progress against project plans and timelines.
• Act as the point of contact between project team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Distribute internal and external communications to keep stakeholders informed.
• Assist with stakeholder updates, status reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate allocation and scheduling of project resources.
• Monitor and update task assignments and deadlines.
• Support team members in meeting their deliverables.
• Track project budgets and expenses under direction from the Project Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a managed services or cybersecurity environment.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience in coordinating projects that involve the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies.
• Client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools – Monday.com preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint etc).
