We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automation Lead to drive delivery and efficiency across our engineering teams. This role requires hands-on expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation - specifically within AWS environments. You'll act as the glue between our development teams, product owners, and infrastructure operations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technology solutions.

The Automation Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing a modern, engineering-led automation strategy. This includes leading efforts to automate testing and key business workflows - particularly sales onboarding and sales administration. A core responsibility is embedding automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, including the deployment process, to enforce quality gates and ensure robust, reliable software delivery.

In Short

• Define and lead the implementation of an automation strategy that covers both software testing and business process automation
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing)
• Integrate automated tests directly into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that tests run at every stage of the build and prior to deployment into production
• Define and enforce quality gates (e.g. code coverage, test pass thresholds, performance benchmarks) within deployment workflows
• Automate sales onboarding and sales admin workflows using engineering-first principles
• Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments
• Lead end-to-end project delivery of DevOps/CI-CD initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers
• Establish and maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, and status updates
• Ensure technical requirements and security best practices are captured

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or Agile Project Management certification
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Automation Lead roles
• Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline tools
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of information security and compliance requirements
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
