Overview

As a Technical Support Representative at CVS Health, you will provide critical support to store employees, pharmacy staff, and Minute Clinic employees by resolving technical issues related to hardware and software systems in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • 6 months of technical and/or call center experience.
  • Experience in a help desk or retail technical support environment preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer hardware and software applications.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
