Overview

The Senior Manager will implement Value Based Care (VBC) National Specialty network strategies, monitor provider performance metrics, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive network growth and ensure high-quality provider relationships.

In Short

  • Develop and implement strategies to assess and advance healthcare provider performance.
  • Maintain provider scorecards and performance reports.
  • Monitor provider performance metrics including quality indicators and patient satisfaction scores.
  • Communicate with providers to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the network development team to identify strategic providers.
  • Manage operational aspects of the team and implement workforce plans.
  • Guide management for individual performance evaluations.
  • Utilize data to tell a story and support decision-making.
  • Foster a growth mindset within the team.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in provider engagement or account management.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare contracts.
  • Understanding of value based contracts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
