Value Based Provider Contracting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Value Based Provider Contracting function at Molina Healthcare is responsible for establishing and maintaining high-performing networks of providers to deliver quality health services to financially vulnerable families and individuals.

• Oversee development and implementation of provider network and contract strategies.
• Develop and maintain a value-based provider reimbursement strategy.
• Track contract negotiation activity throughout the year.
• Prepare and negotiate provider contracts with healthcare providers.
• Participate in strategic goal committees as a key member of the leadership team.
• Maintain provider contract information and templates.
• Educate state Health Plans on corporate changes or initiatives.
• Work with national vendors to improve contractual terms.
• Provide national contracts support for various Molina departments.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Business Development teams for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration or Managed Care.
• Experience in Provider Network Management & Operations.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in value-based and risk-based contracting.
